How telehealth works

Do we visit your home or preschool?

Type your suburb to check our mobile therapy area. Clinic sessions at Bella Vista, and telehealth, are open to everyone.

If your suburb doesn’t come up, call Kate on 0408 025 507 to check whether we now cover it, as our areas can change.

Common questions

We see babies from two months of age through to the school years. Many of our families start with us in infancy.

Our clinic is at A30, 24-32 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW 2153, and is open to all families. Castle Hill sessions are by arrangement with Kate, so please call for directions. We also offer mobile therapy in homes and preschools across the Hills District and Northwest Sydney, and telehealth across Australia.

Our intensive therapy blocks offer a burst of focused therapy over a short period, helping kids make big leaps in their development. These sessions can be a great way to kickstart progress or refine specific skills.

Intensive blocks may be in the form of a CME/DMI intensive (one to three weeks, with one to two hours of therapy per day, often repeated quarterly or as needed), a CIMT intensive for hand function, or if your child needs a boost with their social skills, we may run a peer intensive.

Most children attend weekly or twice weekly. Programs are tailored towards your child’s needs, their goals and your preferences. Weekly sessions may turn into a holiday intensive focusing on peer skills and socialisation, then return to weekly sessions.

Yes. Families in regional or remote areas can receive their OT support entirely through telehealth, using a parent coaching model.
